Best Boutique Development

We are delighted to have also won the ‘Best Boutique Development’ at the 2020 Evening Standard New Homes Awards for our Hunters Hill and Stockhouse Farm schemes.

“Boutique projects, typically with fewer than a dozen homes — appeal to design-conscious buyers seeking individuality and exclusivity. The challenge is to deliver financially viable, genuinely bespoke homes, often on difficult plots requiring exceptional creative thinking.”

INCA Awards 2018 – Highly Commended

We are delighted that our Skyridge development received a Highly Commended Award at the INCA 2018 Awards. We are very proud to have received a Guildford Design Award last night for Skyridge, with Commendation for its Environmental Sustainability. Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to @GuildfordBC for a great evening. “Set up in 1987, the Guildford Design Awards are held every two years, celebrating well designed, innovative architectural and environmental projects that contribute to the quality and sustainability of our surroundings.”

RIBA South Award 2017 Winner

We are delighted that Adrian James Architects won 2 RIBA South Awards for Incurvo. The project won both a RIBA South 2017 Award and RIBA South 2017 Sustainability Award. LEATHWAITE constructed the Insulating Concrete Formwork shell for this incredible house, including groundworks, foundations, ICF walls, concrete floors, stairs and roof. The house is as close to a Passivhaus as a curvy house can be: it meets the most stringent benchmarks for insulation, thermal bridging, airtightness and thermal comfort. It was a challenging design to achieve technically and an exciting project to be involved in. Huge congratulations to Adrian James Architects, the client and everyone involved in this amazing project.
